Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for Western Poland
From July 1 2025, the Poznań Science and Technology Park and the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin form a consortium that jointly operates the Western Poland contact point within the NAWA-MSCA network.
The project is financed from European Funds under the FERS program.
Project objective:
development of the internationalization of research through the creation of two service points for MSCA stakeholders, which will provide comprehensive support to scientists and institutions in the Western Poland macro-region in applying for and implementing MSCA grants.
Target groups of MSCA4WP:
- those implementing MSCA projects: scientists, coordinating institutions and project partners, including the business sector.
- potential beneficiaries of the MSCA program: universities, research institutes, enterprises including SMEs, non-governmental organizations, doctoral students, scientists with a doctoral degree, experienced scientists, public administration.
- administrative, research-technical staff, employees of scientific-research units employed under employment contracts and civil law contracts.
- the society benefiting from the results of MSCA projects.
Tasks and outcomes of the project:
- creation and development of service points for MSCA grant stakeholders with qualified staff,
- increasing the competencies of the project team in supporting the application and implementation of projects,
- conducting training sessions, workshops, consultations,
- organization of promotional events, including an international conference,
- creation of a website and social media channels,
- establishing and developing cooperation with support networks (NAWA-MSCA, EEN, EURAXESS),
- promotional campaign and publication of “inspirational stories”,
- increase in the number of submitted and funded MSCA projects in the region,
- establishing international contacts and cooperation networks,
- lasting changes in the institutions implementing the project,
- increase in the number of submitted and funded MSCA projects in the region,
- benefits for scientists,
- popularization of science in society.
